Precautions for Cleaning Valve Spheres
Before each cleaning, the work area should be covered with a particle free plastic film, and the testing equipment for the air tightness valve should use clean and dry nitrogen gas. Be aware that the selected solvent may remove the paint, and the fallen paint may also contaminate the cleaning solution. The operation workshop for cleaning valve spheres is separated from the regular valve sphere production area to prevent contamination. During cleaning, use a cleaning agent tank, rinse with pure water, and dry the valve ball with hot air or nitrogen.
Cleaning agents should be selected with extremely high purity of 1,1,1-trichloroethylene (TCE) or tested cleaning agents of the same nature. All cleaning agents do not contain boron and phosphorus. Reuse a dust-free, cotton free, double-layer scrubbing cloth made of polyester. All valve spheres must be cleaned before painting or applying primer.
