But regardless of which manufacturer produces the valve ball, the installation precautions are similar
1. Before installing the valve ball, a complete machine test should be conducted according to the specified signal, and only after passing the test can it be installed online.
2. Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end and rinse and clean the valve with the valve ball fully open.
3. Before connecting the valve ball to the pipeline, it is necessary to flush and remove any remaining impurities in the pipeline.
4. During the installation of the valve ball, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as a lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
5. The valve ball should be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline. The pipeline near the installation point should not be lowered or subjected to external forces. Pipe supports or braces can be used to eliminate pipeline deviation.
6. After connecting the valve ball to the pipeline, please cross tighten the flange connection bolts with the specified torque.
