1. Wave ball valve

Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the sealing ring material can withstand the working load of the stainless steel ball medium. When subjected to high working pressure, the stainless steel ball is likely to deviate. This type of construction is generally suitable for low to medium voltage ball valves.
2. Fixed ball valve

When subjected to the working pressure of the medium, the valve seat moves, causing the sealing ring to press tightly against the stainless steel ball to ensure sealing. Usually equipped with rolling Zhengzhou plastic extruder bearings on the upper and lower shafts of stainless steel spheres, the actual operating torque is small, suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter valves.
In order to better reduce the actual operating torque of ball valves and improve the stability level of sealing, sealing ring ball valves have emerged in recent years. They use specially made lubricating grease between the protruding surfaces to generate a layer of floating oil, which not only improves the sealing performance but also reduces the actual operating torque, making them more suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter ball valves.
3. Ductility ball valve
The stainless steel ball of the ball valve is ductile. The stainless steel ball and valve seat seals of the Zhengzhou plastic extruder bearing ring are made of metal materials, and the sealing performance is very high compared to pressure. With the help of the working pressure of the medium itself, the sealing requirements cannot be met, and external force must be increased. This type of valve is suitable for ultra-high pressure and high temperature media.
The ductile stainless steel sphere is formed by opening a ductile groove below the inner cavity of the stainless steel sphere, which enhances the ductility of the Zhengzhou plastic extruder bearing. When closing the safety passage, use the wedge-shaped head of the valve seat to expand the stainless steel ball and clamp it tightly with the valve seat to achieve sealing. Before rotating the stainless steel ball, loosen the wedge head first. As the stainless steel ball returns to its normal shape, there will be a small gap between the stainless steel ball and the valve seat, which can reduce the friction of the protruding surface and the actual operating torque.
